Lena

Practice Manager

Lena was born and raised in Victoria, BC, and has spent her entire life on a farm. From a young age, she developed a passion for horses, particularly within the Western disciplines.

Outside of work, Lena helps run her family business, Karlena Farms. She actively rides and competes in NRHA reining shows across Canada and the US, and is also a star member of the Coastal Cowgirls Drill Team. In addition, Lena specializes in the breeding, training, showing, and sales of high-quality miniature show horses.

Lena joined the Swiftsure team in August 2019 as a veterinary assistant and receptionist. Through her dedication and experience, she transitioned into the role of Practice Manager at the beginning of 2022.
